>>This is a parentally supervised area - please supervise your children at all times.
>>A parent or guardian must be at least 16 years of age, (photo ID will be required).
>>Children aged 12 to 15 may enter Ollie’s but cannot use the play equipment or supervise other children.
>>Children must be under 1.44 metres (4’ 9”) and aged 11 or under to gain admission to the main play area.
>>Toddler area - children under 1 metre (3’ 3”) in height and aged 3 or under to go into this area.
>>Please ensure children do not run on the carpeted areas. Children must not throw balls in the play area.
>>Please do not allow children to visit the toilet unaccompanied or play in the toilet area.
>>Children must not climb up or wait around at the bottom of the slides. 1 child at a time to go down the slides.

>>No bullying will be tolerated. No climbing on the windowsills.
>>No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum may be consumed in the playing area.
>>Food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the seating area.
>>Shoes must be removed before entering the play area and all children and adults must wear socks at all times.
>>Belts with large buckles, neckties and clothing with neck cords should not be worn.
>>It is advisable for children to wear long sleeve tops. Children must remove spectacles (unless shatterproof).
>>No sharp objects, watches, jewellery, pinned badges, money or other personal possessions in the playing area.
>>Please ensure that no hard, sharp or otherwise hazardous objects are being carried in pockets.
>>Please report any accident / injury to a staff member.
>>Children who are clearly unwell should not use the play facilities.
>>A session lasts for 1½ hours. When your play session has finished, please make your way to reception and inform us that you are leaving so that you can be deleted from the fire register.
